ABOUT THIS WEBINAR:

Ever read about a case where it seemed the loser had such great facts but the jury didn’t buy it? We all know there can be many reasons for such an outcome but how you tell the story can help to make good facts sound better and even help you to eclipse bad facts. Let’s explore the methods by which some members of our profession tell the story in this interesting and interactive webinar.
