Bolen Moderates Panel Discussion

Zachary C. Bolen served as moderator of a panel discussion on social media evidence at the 2015 ALFA International Workers’ Compensation Practice Group Seminar. The “Social Media Revolution” presentation included a look at the current social media landscape and offered strategic and practical advice on using social media evidence in defending workers’ compensation claims. The panel also focused on admissibility issues involving relevance, authenticity and ethics. The seminar took place September 16-18 in Denver, Colorado.
