Dana Hoffman Named President of a National Trucking Association
Young Moore and Henderson, P.A. is pleased to announce Dana H. Hoffman, a shareholder in the firm, has been elected President of the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA). She assumed the role on October 26, 2017 as she took the stage at the association’s 25th Annual Seminar in Las Vegas. Since being elected to the Board of Directors in 2010, Dana has served on TIDA’s Executive Committee as the organization’s Secretary and President-Elect. This marks her third consecutive term serving as a member of TIDA’s Board of Directors.
Dana is a litigator, advisor and defender of the transportation, electric, and long term care industries. She focuses her practice on complex defense litigation for motor carriers, rural electric cooperatives, and nursing homes. Her clients include Schneider National, Inc., U.S. Xpress, Federated Rural Electric Insurance Exchange, and Autumn Corporation.
