Dana Hoffman Co-authors Article Published in For The Defense Magazine

Dana H. Hoffman, litigation attorney and shareholder at Young Moore, co-authored an article recently published in the Public Utilities section of the July 19 edition of For The Defense. The magazine is a publication of  DRI – The Voice of the Defense Bar. The article, titled The Purpose, Process, and Protection of a Post-Accident Root Cause Analysis appears on pages 20-23 of the publication and can be viewed here.

Dana advises and defends clients in the transportation, long term care and electric industries. She handles complex defense litigation for motor carriers, nursing homes, and rural electric cooperatives. Dana has practiced law at Young Moore since 1990 and currently serves as President of the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA). Read more
