Young Moore’s Managing Partner Speaks at 2024 ALFAI Women’s Initiative Program
Young Moore attorney, Dawn M. Dillon, served as panelist at the ALFA International 2024 Women’s Initiative Program, which took place October 26, 2024 in New York City. She was a panelist on a session titled, “The Road to Management: Challenges, Choices & Celebrations for Women in Law Firms.”
Dawn Dillon is a shareholder and managing partner of Young Moore and Henderson, P.A., the ALFA International member firm in Raleigh, North Carolina. She has 25 years of experience defending employers in workers’ compensation and employment matters before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, the Department of Labor, the EEOC, and North Carolina state and federal courts. She represents clients in cases involving non-compete agreements, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour issues. Dawn also has extensive experience with the FMLA and ADA and their impact on workers’ compensation claims. She is frequently invited to speak on these and other employment and workers’ compensation topics. Dawn has served as Program Chair and Practice Group Chair for ALFA International’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group.
