deRosset Speaks at ALFA International Construction Practice Group Seminar

Robert C. deRosset presented a panel discussion at the ALFA International Construction Practice Group Seminar which took place from July 27-29 in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. The discussion, “The Buck Stops Where? The New Deal for Additional Insured Endorsements and Risk Transfer in the 21st Century,” covered emerging changes in additional insured endorsements and strategies for effective risk transfer in the face of those changes.
