Robert C. deRosset presented a panel discussion on juror internet research at the opening plenary session of the ALFA Products Liability and Complex Torts seminar which took place from May 18 – 20 in Amelia Island, Florida. The presentation, “Putting Your Best Face Forward – Influencing the Internet in Anticipation of Juror Misconduct” discussed the prevalence of jurors conducting internet research and strategies that lawyers and clients can employ to deal with this reality.
