Gray and Raynor to Participate in ALFA’s Insurance Law, Labor & Employment, and Professional Liability Conference

Young Moore attorneys Matthew J. Gray and Glenn C. Raynor are participating in ALFA’s upcoming joint conference of the Insurance Law, Labor & Employment, and Professional Liability Practice Groups. The event will take place June 13-15, 2018 at The Wagner At The Battery Hotel in New York, NY. Matt serves as a co-chair of the conference and Glenn will be moderating a panel titled “Hot Topics in Bad Faith and UDTP Litigation.”

Matt represents and advises insurers, healthcare facilities, corporations, and individuals. His practice includes complex insurance coverage analysis and counseling, bad faith litigation, employment counseling and litigation, long-term care claims, and administrative law. Matt represents his clients in the trial and appellate divisions of the state and federal courts throughout North Carolina.

Glenn focuses his practice on the management of complex insurance coverage, errors and omissions and bad faith litigation, and insurance regulatory and ratemaking matters. He has handled a number of insurance coverage cases of first impression. He also represents the North Carolina Rate Bureau in ratemaking litigation and in litigation involving the Rate Bureau.
