Hoffman to Co-Present on Navigating Depositions at NCADA Fall Seminar

The North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA) will hold its 2025 Fall Seminar on Friday, October 10th in Winston-Salem at the Benton Convention Center. The event provides continuing legal education designed explicitly for civil defense trial attorneys, paralegals, in-house counsel, claims managers, risk managers, and public sector attorneys.
Young Moore attorney Dana H. Hoffman will co-present a session titled Navigating Depositions: Tactics for the Defense Bar. During this comprehensive discussion on defending corporate health care providers—with an emphasis on refining strategies for 30(b)(6) depositions—presenters will explore best practices for negotiating the scope of deposition topics, selecting the ideal corporate witness, and ensuring thorough preparation for testimony.
