Christopher A. Page presented “Managing the Millennials” on March 7th at ALFA International’s 2014 International Client Seminar in Miami Beach Florida. Chris, along with his four member team, provided a rousing hour of rock and roll-influenced content as they explained what makes the Millennial generation (born between 1981 and 2000) different from the generations that preceded them and explored how they got the way they are. Chris and his team provided tips on hiring and managing the generation that will, in 10 years, be 75% of the job market. Chris wrote and directed the presentation, which received, if anecdotal evidence is to be believed, the first standing ovation for a CLE presentation in ALFA International’s 33 year history.
