Raynor Participates In Panel Discussion

Dawn Dillon Raynor participated in a panel discussion at the 2015 ALFA International Workers’ Compensation Practice Group Seminar. “Workers’ Compensation Tools: Pre-Employment Investigation, Fitness For Duty and Return To Work Testing,” discussed three important tools in the workers’ compensation practitioner’s tool kit. Tools discussed included what can be usefully learned during pre-employment investigations, fitness for duty exams and return to work testing. The panel discussed how these tools can be utilized in the claim process, and whether they are sufficiently effective to warrant the expense and effort. They also considered the risks associated with each and the obligations imposed on the employer who chooses to use them. The seminar took place September 16-18 in Denver Colorado.
