Rudy L. Ogburn, shareholder at Young Moore, has been elected to the Board of Regents of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). The Board of Regents serves as ACTEC’s governing body and consists of 39 members, six of whom are the officers of the association.
