Young Moore Welcomes Lisa Leeaphorn
Young Moore is pleased to welcome Lisa Leeaphorn to the firm. Lisa is an associate and represents clients in matters involving insurance law, civil litigation, and business law.
Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, Lisa brings a multifaceted background and global perspective to her legal practice, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of clients. Before becoming a lawyer, she worked in key roles within Fortune 500 companies where she honed her skills in global project management, marketing, and sales. Her practical experience and firsthand insights into the intricate workings of the corporate world uniquely equip her to navigate the complexities of her clients’ challenges.
Lisa is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law. She also holds an M.B.A. from Duke University and a B.A. in Marketing from Thammasat University in Thailand.
Highlighting her desire to use her skills and knowledge to effect positive change, Lisa’s philanthropic endeavors include the creation of Students in Free Enterprise of Thammasat University, an organization that partnered with the Tourism Authority of Thailand to train and license high school students from disadvantaged backgrounds to become part-time tour guides, and volunteering as a business plan writer, assisting refugee entrepreneurs in securing business loans to pursue their American dreams.
