Brian Beverly Presented Joseph Branch Professionalism Award
Young Moore is proud to announce that attorney, Brian O. Beverly, was presented the Joseph Branch Professionalism Award at the Wake County Bar Association’s annual meeting at the University Club in Raleigh on Tuesday, November 7th. This annual award is the highest honor granted by our local bar to a Wake County lawyer of at least 25 years experience who exemplifies the qualities of professionalism stated in the professionalism creed. Join us to honor Brian and his service to our community and to the legal profession.
A shareholder at Young Moore with an extensive trial résumé, Brian centers his practice on insurance coverage analysis and litigation, insurance bad faith and extra-contractual litigation, insurance regulatory matters including representation of the North Carolina Rate Bureau and the North Carolina Reinsurance Facility, the defense of transportation liability claims, medical negligence cases and products liability litigation.
Brian has held important leadership positions within the Bar and is well-connected throughout the state. Brian is a past president of the Wake County Bar Association, the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, the Capital City Lawyers Association, and has served on the North Carolina Bar Association Board of Governors. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the International Society of Barristers.
