deRosset Appointed to ALFA Construction Group Leadership Team

Robert deRosset, a shareholder at Young Moore, has been named Vice Chair and Marketing Chair of ALFA International’s Construction Practice Group.  ALFA International is America’s oldest legal network of independent law firms, consisting of highly vetted firms with full service capabilities who can handle a client’s needs in all 50 states and across the globe.

Robert serves clients primarily in the fields of constructionbusiness, and product liability law. He is licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and South Carolina. He tries cases at the state and federal level and is certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission to conduct mediated settlement conferences in Superior Court. He has also completed advanced collaborative law training and is part of the effort in North Carolina to expand collaborative law into construction and business law.
