deRosset Presents at Construction Seminar

ALFA International held its Construction Regional Seminar in Atlanta, GA on April 26, 2022. Young Moore attorney, Robert C. deRosset, served as a panelist for the session titled Building a Better Workforce which focused on strategies to attract, train, develop and retain workers within the construction industry while employers continue to face labor shortages.

A shareholder at Young Moore, deRosset serves clients primarily in the fields of construction, business, and product liability law. He is admitted to practice in both North and South Carolina and certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission to conduct mediated settlement conferences in North Carolina Superior Court. He is also involved in the effort in North Carolina to expand collaborative law into construction and business law. Within ALFA International, deRosset serves as Vice Chair and Marketing Chair of the Construction Practice Group and is an active member of the Products Liability and Complex Torts Practice Group. He is recognized in North Carolina Super Lawyers® and holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.  Read more
