Young Moore litigation attorney Robert (Bob) C. deRosset spoke at ALFA International’s Construction Law Regional Seminar held recently in Detroit Michigan. Speakers at the event presented on a variety of topics including benefits and pitfalls of cost-reimbursable construction contracts, casualty investigations, spoliation of evidence concerns, and avoiding liability with prevention through design.
