Dillon Elected to ALFA International Board of Directors

Young Moore’s Managing Partner, Dawn M. Dillon, has been elected to serve on the ALFA International (ALFAI) Board of Directors.
Young Moore is a long-standing member of ALFAI, a global network of more than 140 independent law firms that uphold high standards and a commitment to delivering cost-effective, high-quality legal services. Dawn’s appointment to the board reflects her extensive involvement in the organization, where she has previously served as Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Practice Group and actively contributed to the Labor and Employment Practice Group and the Women’s Initiative Group.
An employment attorney with over 25 years of experience, Dawn is the first woman to serve as Managing Partner at Young Moore since its founding in 1954. She co-leads the firm’s Employment and Workers’ Compensation litigation team, where she advises and represents clients on a range of employment matters, such as workers’ compensation claims, non-compete agreements, harassment and retaliation claims, and compliance with the ADA, FMLA, and FLSA. She is also skilled at drafting and enforcing employment agreements.
