Linder and Allen Speak at ALFA International Workers Compensation Seminar

Young Moore Attorneys Jeff Linder and Lori Allen enjoyed speaking at the recent ALFA International Workers Compensation Practice Group Seminar, held in Amelia Island, Florida, held April 2-4, 2025. This event, known for bringing together top professionals from the workers’ compensation field, provides an invaluable platform for industry leaders to discuss emerging trends, share best practices, and collaborate on key issues affecting the workers’ comp landscape.

Jeff served as a panelist in a discussion on the challenges faced by third-party administrators (TPAs) and the importance of strategic collaboration among attorneys, employers, and TPAs to improve outcomes and streamline processes.

Jeff co-leads Young Moore’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. He represents employers, TPAs, and insurers throughout all stages of litigation, including appeals and subrogation lien recovery. In addition, he advises employers on employment law matters involving discrimination, harassment, discipline and termination, workplace safety and OSHA violations, and personnel policies and procedures. Lori participated as a panelist in a roundtable discussion on the opportunities and challenges of an aging workforce. The panel explored safety, legal, human resources, and claims-related issues associated with older workers and offered practical strategies for managing and addressing these concerns effectively.
