Webster Named Shareholder at Young Moore
Young Moore is pleased to announce that Andrew D. (Andy) Webster has been named a shareholder of the firm. Practicing as a civil litigation defense attorney in the transportation field since 2007, Andy joined the firm in 2019 and focuses his practice on representing motor carriers and their drivers. He has extensive experience in managing the immediate handling of catastrophic losses and prides himself on his 24-hour responsiveness in the aftermath of motor vehicle accidents.
Andy uses his familiarity of the industry, his observations of litigation trends, his application of science, and his empathetic approach to achieve successful outcomes for his clients in complex cases. His representation continues from the investigatory phase throughout all stages of litigation, including trial if necessary, always with an eye towards efficient resolution.
Andy earned a B.A. from the University of Virginia and graduated cum laude from Capital University Law School as a member of the Order of the Curia and as a published author in the school’s Law Review.
