Young Moore Managing Partner Named to Employment Power List

Young Moore is proud to announce that Managing Partner Dawn M. Dillon has been named to the North Carolina Lawyers Weekly Power List for Employment in 2025. This marks the second consecutive year she has received this honor.

Dawn focuses her practice on employment law, advising employers on workplace policies, compliance, and risk management. She counsels businesses on issues such as hiring and termination, wage and hour compliance, discrimination and harassment claims, non-compete agreements, and workplace investigations. When disputes arise, she represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. Her practical approach and deep knowledge of employment law allow her to help employers navigate challenges and proactively prevent litigation.
