Dana Hoffman Inducted into International Society of Barristers

Young Moore is pleased to announce that litigation attorney Dana H. Hoffman was formally inducted as a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers during the Society’s Annual Meeting held March 1–6, 2026, at the Mauna Lani Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii.

The International Society of Barristers (ISOB) is a prestigious honor society composed of outstanding trial lawyers from across the United States and several other countries. Founded in 1965, the organization is dedicated to preserving trial by jury, strengthening the adversary system, and promoting excellence, ethics, and professionalism in trial advocacy. Membership is by invitation only and follows a rigorous vetting process by peers and judges who evaluate a nominee’s skill, experience, and integrity as an advocate.

The Society’s annual meeting brings together Fellows and distinguished speakers from a wide range of disciplines to explore issues impacting the justice system, professional responsibility, and the role of litigation in society.

Dana Hoffman is a shareholder at Young Moore and a seasoned trial lawyer with decades of experience representing clients in complex civil litigation. Her practice focuses on defending motor carriers, long-term care facilities, rural electric cooperatives, and other organizations in high-stakes matters, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. She regularly handles accident investigations, works closely with industry and medical experts, and advocates for clients in state and federal courts throughout North Carolina.

Dana is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and previously served as President of the Trucking Industry Defense Association. She has been named to North Carolina Lawyers Weekly’s Power List and is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America®, North Carolina Super Lawyers, and Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite™. Dana was recently named the 2026 “Lawyer of the Year” in Raleigh for Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants.
