Young Moore’s Managing Partner, Dawn M. Dillon, is featured in the latest edition of Peak 25, a special publication by the Triangle Business Journal launched in 2023. Dawn joined Young Moore in 1996 and assumed the role of Managing Partner in 2023. She also co-leads the firm’s employment and workers’ compensation litigation team where she provides invaluable guidance and representation to clients, addressing a spectrum of issues such as workers’ compensation claims, non-compete agreements, harassment and retaliation claims, ADA, FMLA, FSLA matters, and employment agreement drafting and enforcement.
Dawn is active in the legal and business communities where she has served in various leadership roles including Chair of ALFA International’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group and President of the Board of Directors of the Alice Aycock Poe Center for Health Education.
