Dillon to Speak at Women’s Initiative Program in Dublin, Ireland

Dawn M. Dillon, shareholder at Young Moore, is scheduled to present at the upcoming ALFA International Women’s Initiative Program, October 19 in Dublin, Ireland. Held in conjunction with ALFA’s Annual Business Meeting, the Women’s Initiative program will focus on women supporting, encouraging, and mentoring each other. Dawn will serve as a panelist along with attorneys, Christin Kramer (Heidelberg, Germany) and Courtney Nichols (Detroit, Michigan), in a session titled Together We Succeed – Successfully Supporting and Empowering Work/Life Choices in a Manner that Helps Your Firm and Your Attorneys Grow.

Within Young Moore, Dawn serves as the Operations Manager, a member of the Practice Management Committee, and as Co-leader of the Employment/Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. She has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in matters involving workers’ compensation claims and other employment matters such as non-compete agreements, harassment and retaliation claims, ADA, FMLA and FSLA issues, employment agreement drafting and enforcement.
