Dunn to Present on Employment Discrimination Via Artificial Intelligence
Young Moore attorney, Christy C. Dunn, will present a DRI webinar on January 24, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. ET, on the topic of “Employment Discrimination Via Artificial Intelligence.”
This program will:
- Raise awareness of the risks of unintended employment discrimination through use of AI in employment decision making
- Identify recent EEOC guidance for employers
- Explore ways employers can use AI responsibly in human resources to avoid running afoul of antidiscrimination laws

Christy represents employers in civil litigation and employment law matters. She also represents insurance companies in bad faith and coverage litigation. Before obtaining her law degree, Christy consulted businesses on design, purchase, and installation of power and cooling solutions for data centers. Christy’s business degree and experience uniquely equip her to provide legal counsel to businesses navigating pivotal strategic decisions. Christy is a magna cum laude graduate of Campbell Law School and holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before joining Young Moore, she clerked for The Honorable Allegra Collins at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Christy is active in several organizations in the community.
