Hoffman and Dunn to Present at Financial Summit 2021

Young Moore attorneys, Dana H. Hoffman and Christy C. Dunn, will present on Using COVID Immunity Statutes to Build Your Litigation Toolbox at the 2021 Financial Summit, an event of the North Carolina Health Care Facilities Association (NCHCFA). Young Moore is also a sponsor of this virtual event designed to educate attendees on a wide array of topics, all related to the financial well-being of operating nursing facilities.

Dana is a shareholder at Young Moore where she focuses her practice on complex defense litigation with a concentration on the long term care and transportation industries. She makes frequent appearances in court at the trial and appellate levels.

Christy is an associate at Young Moore where she practices insurance coverage analysis and represents insurers, employers, skilled nursing facilities, and electric cooperatives in a variety of civil litigation matters.
