Hoffman Presents at Healthcare Webinar on Immunity and COVID Related Litigation

Litigation attorney Dana H. Hoffman presented to members of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys at a recent webinar titled Healthcare Heroes and Immunity: A Look at COVID Healthcare Litigation. Associate attorneys Christy C. Dunn and Brittany D. Levine assisted Dana with substantial contributions to the research and presentation.

A shareholder at Young Moore, Dana focuses her practice on the defense of the long term care, transportation, and electric industries.

The North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA) is a professional organization of nearly 900 attorneys and paralegals who devote a majority of their time representing the interests of business and individuals in civil litigation.
