Susan and Reed Fountain Present at Davis Regional Medical Center

Young Moore attorneys Susan and Reed Fountain conducted a presentation entitled, “ So Your Testimony Has Been Requested….” at the annual meeting of medical staff at the Davis Regional Medical Center. The presentation and resulting question and answer session focused on deposition tips and strategies for physicians being deposed whether as parties, experts or treating physicians. Susan Fountain focuses her practice on the representation of hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers in a variety of matters including medical malpractice defense and general liability. She also advises clients on avoiding and managing risk. Reed Fountain focuses his practice on occupational licensing boards and administrative law. He has helped clients facing inquiries from a variety of Boards including: the Board of Dental Examiners, Medical Board, Board of Pharmacy, Board of Nursing, and Psychology Board.  He is also counsel to the North Carolina Board of Podiatry.
