Raynor Presents at NCAOHN Spring Conference

Dawn D. Raynor presented at the recent North Carolina Association of Occupational Health Nurses (NCAOHN) 2018 Spring Conference in Asheville, NC. The theme of the conference centered around Mental Health Issues in the Workplace. Dawn presented on Psychological Claims: Are They Compensable?

An employment lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, Dawn Raynor co-leads Young Moore’s employment/workers’ compensation litigation team. She partners with employers to solve problems including workers’ compensation claims and other employment matters such as non-compete agreements, harassment and retaliation claims, ADA, FMLA and FSLA issues, employment agreement drafting and enforcement. She pragmatically assists her clients in resolving problems with government, workforce, or legal and policy changes.  Dawn enjoys her work with employers, particularly understanding individual client needs, cultures and business.  She understands that some situations require education and negotiation, while others merit a court battle.

The North Carolina Association of Occupational Health Nurses is an organization of approximately 300 nurses who practice occupational health nursing. This group of professionals work together with the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AAOHN) to promote and advance the field of occupational health nursing. The state association is composed of seven local chapters across the state of North Carolina.
