Senter Named to Healthcare Power List by NC Lawyers Weekly

David A. Senter. Jr., shareholder at  Young Moore and Henderson, P.A., has been named to North Carolina Lawyers Weekly Power List for Healthcare. The Power List program recognizes top lawyers in a particular practice area. These attorneys are experts in their field, known for their expertise and accomplishments.

David dedicates a large portion of his practice to representing clients within the healthcare industry. As a healthcare attorney, he educates and advises clients in matters pertaining to healthcare privacy and data security, breach notification and reporting requirements, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance. His experience includes serving as the Interim Associate Compliance Officer and Director of Privacy of an Academic Medical Center in North Carolina.
