Young Moore Sponsors, Senter Co-Chairs NCBA Health Law CLE Program

The North Carolina Bar Association recently held its Health Law Section Annual Program titled Keeping a Finger on the Pulse. David A. Senter, Jr., shareholder at Young Moore and council member of the NCBA Health Law Section, served as co-chair of the planning committee for this event.

The keynote address titled The Current Health Care Landscape in NC was delivered by Jay Ludlam with NCDHHS in Raleigh. Other session topics included licensure issues, alternative payment models, the Impact of Dobbs v Jackson Women’s Health Organizations on providers, nontraditional participants in the healthcare industry, and practical strategies for navigating common missteps and tricky situations surrounding attorney-client privilege.

As a healthcare attorney at Young Moore, David educates and advises clients in matters pertaining to healthcare privacy and data security, breach notification and reporting requirements, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance.
