Young Moore Welcomes Xavier J. McLean

Young Moore is pleased to welcome Xavier J. McLean to the firm. Xavier is an associate on Young Moore’s Employment and Workers’ Compensation Team. He advises and defends employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims and other employment matters.

Xavier is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law and Brigham Young University. Before pursuing his law degree, Xavier worked as a Child Protective Serves Caseworker for the State of Utah. While attending law school Xavier served on the Holderness Moot Court Corporate Team, as Co-chair of the Academic Support Committee of the Black Law Student Association, and as Secretary of Carolina Law First-Generation Professionals.
