Young Moore’s experienced team of attorneys with many years of service to hospital clients appreciates the unique aspects of defending hospital clients, including academic medical centers (AMCs), community hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs), specialty hospitals and rehabilitation facilities. We assist in defending medical malpractice claims against hospitals. Additionally, we often work in conjunction with facility risk managers on presuit matters to assess cases early on and plan ahead to be best situated to defend cases in the event of litigation. Assessing risks and evaluating and assisting in implementing policies are part of the comprehensive legal services we are able to provide to our hospital clients.
