Special Needs Planning & Guardianship

We address individual family dynamics.

For expertise in the preparation and administration of trusts for the benefit of all types of beneficiaries, we are counsel you can count on. We understand that clients often need advice on how to plan to meet the future needs of children and other relatives who have disabilities or suffer from addiction and provide sensitive advice about the preparation of trusts that protect the funds left for their benefit.

We assist clients with the preparation of trusts for the benefit of surviving spouses, children from previous marriages, minor beneficiaries, disabled beneficiaries receiving government benefits and beneficiaries who lack fiscal competency or maturity. Whether it is addressing the sensitive issues surrounding the selection of trustees and other fiduciaries or designing individualized plans suited to address all types of family situations and dynamics, we have experience that you can rely on.

When needed, our attorneys assist with the implementation of guardianship proceedings to ensure appropriate care and asset preservation for incompetent individuals.

Electronic mail or other oral or written communication to Young Moore and Henderson P.A. in connection with a matter for which we do not already represent you may not be treated as privileged or confidential. Communications are not privileged until the client and lawyer have agreed on legal representation. Please do not send confidential information to us via e-mail or in any other manner without first communicating directly with us about the attorney-client relationship. The transmission of an e-mail request for information does not create an attorney-client relationship. Your initial email should only contain a list of the parties interested in the matter so that we can make sure we have no conflicts before you convey any information about your case.
