Asset Protection

We offer peace of mind through the preservation of wealth.

Asset protection is part of the estate planning process. We look for potential obstacles to the preservation of wealth. When we counsel individuals in high-risk professions, such as physicians, those potentially subject to creditor claims, individuals who are concerned about the effect of a failed marriage and parents whose children may fall within one of these categories, we address asset protection strategies.

Young Moore utilizes advanced estate planning techniques such as limited liability companies and irrevocable trusts to preserve long-term security and protect you, your spouse, your children and others who may rely on you. We also assist clients with pre- and post-marital agreements to protect wealth at the termination of a marriage.
