Craddock Elected Chair of the NCBA Appellate Practice Section
Young Moore partner Angela Farag Craddock has been elected Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Section for the 2023-24 term. Angela looks forward to leading the Appellate Practice Section through what promises to be a banner year of exciting events for its members, including the Section’s 10th Anniversary celebration in the fall where Chief Judge Albert Diaz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit will serve as keynote speaker, and a field trip to the United States Supreme Court for a swearing-in ceremony next spring.
Angela also serves as the leader of the Appellate Practice at Young Moore. Within her legal practice, she represents clients throughout the appellate process in a wide range of civil, administrative, and regulatory matters. Earlier this year, Angela was voted into Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite™ Appellate Practice Hall of Fame. She is also recognized in Best Lawyers in America® and North Carolina Super Lawyers and has received a Westfield Golden Gavel Award in recognition of her outstanding achievement in appellate advocacy.

The Appellate Practice Section of the North Carolina Bar Association was jointly founded by the appellate practitioners and appellate judges to serve the bar with advocacy, legal education, and social interaction.
