Dillon and Dunn to Present on Navigating Leave at Raleigh Metro SHRM Meeting

Dawn M. Dillon and Christy C. Dunn will present “The Triple Threat: When FMLA, ADA, and Workers’ Comp Collide” at the upcoming Raleigh Metro SHRM meeting on Tuesday, May 21. Dawn, a shareholder at Young Moore, brings over 25 years of legal expertise to her role. She serves as Managing Partner of the firm and co-leader of the Employment and Workers’ Compensation litigation team. Dawn advises and represents clients on matters involving workers’ compensation claims and other employment issues such as non-compete agreements, harassment and retaliation claims, ADA, FMLA and FLSA issues, employment agreement drafting and enforcement. She is a graduate of Wake Forest University Law School and is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite.

Christy is an associate at Young Moore and represents employers, electric membership corporations, and long-term care facilities in civil litigation and employment law matters. She also represents insurance companies in bad faith and coverage litigation and advises them on first-party and third-party coverage matters. Christy is a Campbell University Law School graduate and is named in the 2024 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America. and in Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite™ Young Guns category.
