Dunn Presents at NCADA Annual Meeting

Legal problems for health insurers during the health crisis in the United States.

Young Moore attorney, Christy C. Dunn, recently presented an “Update on the Malpractice Claims Landscape and COVID-19 Immunity Challenges” at the 44th Annual Meeting and Spring Program of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA). Jason Newton, Associate General Counsel & Senior Vice President of Curi, co-presented on the topic and Ashley Brathwaite, attorney at Ellis & Winters, served as moderator.

Christy is an attorney at Young Moore where she represents insurers and businesses in a variety of civil litigation matters including insurance coverage, employment, long-term care claims, and electric. She is a graduate of Campbell Law School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
