Senter to Present on HIPAA at TMC Annual Meeting

On Monday, July 16, 2019, David A. Senter, Jr. will present at the annual meeting of Total Medical Compliance (TMC) in Pinehurst, NC.  TMC provides personalized HIPAA compliance programs for dental and medical practices throughout the country.  The presentation will focus on common issues and themes in the HIPAA arena from an attorney’s perspective.

David is a shareholder at Young Moore where he advises health care providers concerning regulatory compliance matters . He also represents clients in state and federal court in a number of areas including trucking and transportation, product liability, and business litigation.
