Young Moore Welcomes Anderson Phillips

Young Moore is pleased to announce the addition of Anderson H. Phillips to the firm. Anderson is a member of Young Moore’s Transportation and Logistics team and represents clients in trucking litigation, product liability, premises liability, and insurance defense cases.

Anderson joined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark A. Davis on both the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. He graduated from Duke University School of Law in 2017, where he was the Student Note Editor of the Alaska Law Review. Anderson received a B.A. in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating Phi Beta Kappa.
