Dillon and Linder to Speak at Workers’ Compensation Conference in Savannah

Dawn M. Dillon and Jeffrey T. Linder, both shareholders at Young Moore, are slated to speak at ALFA International’s 2022 Workers’ Compensation Seminar in historic Savannah, Georgia scheduled for March 23-25, 2022. The event, themed Workers’ Comp in the Garden of Good and Evil, will focus on a variety of current topics including: catastrophic claims and safety; the impact of COVID-19 on workers’ compensation plans; and the rise of marijuana in the workplace.

Dawn will moderate a panel discussion on How to Effectively Manage Mental Health Claims in the Workers’ Compensation Setting. She has more than 20 years of experience as an employment lawyer and is Chair Emeritus of ALFAI’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. Within Young Moore, Dawn serves as Operations Manager, a member of the Firm Management Committee, and Co-leader of the firm’s Employment/Workers’ Compensation Litigation Team.

Jeff will moderate a panel discussion titled Midnight in the Garden of Remote and Hybrid Work: A Panel Discussion on Work from Home Effects on Your Workers’ Compensation Program. Jeff also has more than 20 years of experience as an employment attorney and serves as Co-leader of Young Moore’s Employment/Workers’ Compensation Litigation Team.
