Young Moore Welcomes Elaine Moyer

Young Moore is pleased to welcome Elaine (Lainie) M. Moyer to the firm. Lainie focuses her practice on complex civil litigation involving transportation and general liability matters. She is a native of Western North Carolina and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duquesne University School of Law. Before returning to her home state, Lainie spent 12 years practicing law in the state of Pennsylvania where she also served as a child advocate and guardian ad litem for the Montgomery County Child Advocacy Project and as an arbitrator for the Montgomery County Arbitration Program.
