Duke Named Best Lawyers® 2024 “Lawyer of the Year” in Litigation-Insurance

Young Moore and Henderson, P.A. attorney David M. Duke was recently named Best Lawyers® 2024 Litigation-Insurance “Lawyer of the Year” in Raleigh, North Carolina. Only a single lawyer in each practice area and designated metropolitan area is honored as the “Lawyer of the Year,” making this a significant and coveted accolade. David was previously selected Best Lawyers “Lawyer of the Year” in the Raleigh area in the same category (Litigation – Insurance) for 2018 and in the area of Product Liability Litigation-Defendants for 2023.

With more than 30 years of trial and litigation experience, David focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, with special emphasis on the defense and representation of clients in trucking and transportation, product liability and business litigation. He leads Young Moore’s Transportation & Logistics Practice Group and he served as the firm’s Managing Partner from February 2017 through February 2023. He is active in ALFA International, the American College of Transportation Attorneys, the Propane Gas Defense Association, and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Read more
